There are many families in Sacramento County that struggle financially and cannot provide baby items for their newborn or young children, but there is help here at Sacramento Life Center to guide you. We have services and resources that can help you get what you need to help your children.

BrightCourse parenting classes will help you throughout your pregnancy. Does this sound boring? It’s not! Our patients love it! In BrightCourse there are short videos that relate to the trimester of pregnancy you are in. For example, if you are in the third trimester and are near giving birth, the videos we will send you will address common concerns near the end of pregnancy and labor and delivery. There are also videos for your partner to watch on becoming a new parent.
You can watch the videos in the comfort of your own home. When you have watched 75 videos in total, you will get a free car seat (not just any old car seat! This one is from birth to 80 pounds!) or a fabulous stroller. Plus. you will get a free appointment to talk with our lovely nurses about your pregnancy concerns.
